Masked Gunman Hold Up Pasadena Verizon Store

Police are looking for two gunman who held up a Verizon store Tuesday in Pasadena.

PASADENA, CA — Two masked gunmen robbed a Pasadena Verizon Wireless store of more than 200 iPhone 8s Tuesday evening, but no one was hurt.

The robbery occurred around 9:20 p.m. at 368 S. Lake Ave., where employees were leaving after closing down the store, Pasadena Police Lt. John Mercado said.

The gunmen approached the employees and demanded entry back into the store, Mercado said.

The suspects made off with the cell phones, leaving in a dark-colored sedan, according to Mercado. There were five employees at the store during the robbery but they were not injured.

The suspects were both described as 6-feet-1 inches tall, with a medium build and wearing masks with hoodies covering their heads.
