First of Four Concerts

The internationally acclaimed Musica Angelica Baroque Orchestra will present the first of four concerts in the Scott Pavilion at the Pasadena Senior Center, 85 E. Holly St., Friday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m.

The orchestra will celebrate Venice, Italy, performing works by great baroque composers from the enchanted city including Antonio Vivaldi, Tomaso Albinoni and Giovanni Gabrieli, as well as German composers George Frederic Handel and Johann Rosemuller, who met with great success there, and French composer André Campra, who commemorated Venice’s famous Carnevale from afar.
