Pasadena Heritage will host walking tours of the Ninita Parkway/Rose Villa historic neighborhood. This beautiful neighborhood of one and two-story single-family residences east of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) includes a range of Period Revival style residences including examples of Colonial Revival, Italian Renaissance Revival, English Revival, and Spanish Colonial Revival. Mature street trees and historic streetlights enhance the sense of time and place. Docents will lead small groups on a two-hour walk, describing the historic homes along the route.
