Pilates for Paws June 26 benefits the Pasadena Humane Society
Would you like to learn Pilates from
the beginning and benefit the Pasadena Humane Society?
Pilates Pasadena is
offering a special Introductory Mat Pilates Class on
Thursday, June 26 at 6 p.m. and a second class at 7:15 p.m. A
skilled, caring instructor will guide you through the only proven
exercise system that strengthens and elongates the body, contours the
torso and increases flexibility. Did you know that Joseph Pilates modeled his unique exercise system after
the graceful and fluid movements of animals?
You will feel calm and welcomed at
Pilates Pasadena, where the instructor will tailor the class
to all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothes and
