San Gabriel Valley Robbery Suspect Arrested
Tracey Fix was arrested about 4:20 p.m. Friday.

PASADENA, CA -- A 52-year-old man remains behind bars Monday for allegedly stealing $24,000 from a Chase Bank in Pasadena. Tracey Fix was arrested about 4:20 p.m. Friday, on suspicion of bank robbery, Pasadena Police Lt. Max Dahlstein told the Pasadena Star News.
Shortly before 3:20 p.m. Friday, a Chase Teller called police to tell them a man had passed a note to a teller that "this was a robbery," Dahlstein told the newspaper.
The teller then handed over about $24,000 in a black bag that the man put in his satchel, Dahlstein said.
Pasadena officers happened to be driving by the bank when the teller's call came through and officers were able to detain Fix as he walked out of the bank, the lieutenant told the paper.
