Leadership Pasadena is for those wanting to take an active role in greater Pasadena’s future. Leadership Pasadena alumni are known leaders in local government, non-profits, educational institutions and business.

Participants are immersed in greater Pasadena’s history, government, culture, economics and infrastructure through private meetings and open discussions with the area’s top leaders and thought influencers. In addition, participants receive 60 hours of state of the art, neuroscience based leadership training to make them stand out leaders not just in the community but in their business and home. Participants also directly serve the community through completion of several community service projects with local non-profit organizations.
