Police were called to the scene after a bloodied stabbing victim reportedly pounded on a door, seeking help.
PASADENA, CA — A bloodied stabbing victim pounded on doors in Pasadena Sunday night, begging for help, and now detectives are working to piece together what happened.
Officers were called to the 600 block of East Washington Boulevard shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday to respond to a report of a bleeding man asking for help, the Pasadena Star-News reported Monday. Officers found a 26-year-old man suffering stab wounds to his stomach and upper body.
Detectives don't yet know who attacked the man because he offered officers very little information, the newspaper reported. He was being treated at a local hospital.
