SAN GABRIEL VALLEY, CA — The wind and rain knocked out power to more than a thousand customers in the San Gabriel Valley Tuesday morning.
At about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning amid heavy wind and downpours, hundreds of customers in San Marino, South Pasadena, Arcadia, Alhambra, Rosemead and West Covina lost power.
