Zena Gardner Joins CDC Small Business Finance
Zena Gardner is a new business development officer for the Pasadena office of CDC Small Business Finance, specializing in SBA 504 loans.

Zena Gardner has been hired as a business development officer for the Pasadena office of CDC Small Business Finance, the nation’s largest nonprofit SBA lender providing loans to small businesses to purchase commercial real estate.
Gardner will help initiate and expedite the SBA-504 loan process for bankers and commercial real estate brokers who advise small business entrepreneurs. She will utilize her experience in customer service, education and small business ownership to enhance the loan experience for small business owners looking to grow their companies and create jobs.
“Zena is adept at building relationships and creating partnerships that will translate into new opportunities to help bankers and brokers provide capital to their small business clientele,” said Dean Aloe, senior loan officer for TeamL.A. in CDC’s Pasadena-based office.
