• 3-Hour Standoff Ends In Tear Gas And Penngrove Man's Arrest (patch.com) — A Penngrove resident was arrested after a three-hour SWAT standoff at his Hatchery Road home, where officers used tear gas before he surrendered. The arrest stems from a July stabbing investigation in Petaluma, and detectives say they recovered weapons and evidence from both locations. Anyone with direct information is urged to contact Petaluma police detectives.
