• 'Triple Threat' Pumped Storage Hydro plus Solar, Storage and Biofuel Microgrids Supported by $73 million in PG&E Funding (microgridknowledge.com) — Pescadero is set to get a 100% solar-powered community microgrid, backed by PG&E's Microgrid Incentive Program, to improve reliability during frequent wildfire-related outages and storms. The project aims to serve more residents and organizations than any other community microgrid in California, bringing stronger energy resilience to this remote coastal town at the end of a vulnerable power feeder.
