PETALUMA, CA — Petaluma police are asking the public for help locating a 16-year-old who has not been seen after leaving home without telling his parents.

Police describe Finn as a white male juvenile, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and 150 pounds. He has medium-length brown hair, brown eyes, and a visible scar from a cleft lip. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and black sweatpants.

Finn does not carry a phone or any electronic device, limiting investigators’ ability to track his movements. Officers say he frequently spends time at The Phoenix Theatre, Leghorn Park, and the Petaluma Target store. Authorities are also investigating whether he may have traveled to a friend’s home in Windsor.

Police classify Finn as at risk due to his age and the circumstances of his disappearance.

Anyone who sees Finn or has information about his whereabouts should contact Petaluma Police Dispatch at 707-762-2727 and reference case number 26-1526.
