Santa Rosa Police said officers stopped the vehicle at about 2:51 a.m. because of expired registration.

Officers removed the driver, identified by police as 48-year-old Bambi Bryant of Petaluma, and her passenger from the vehicle.

Bryant is on felony probation and was subject to a search, police said.

During a pat search of Bryant, an officer found a glass pipe.

Officers then searched Bryant's vehicle and found a loaded .38-caliber Smith & Wesson revolver that police said belonged to Bryant.

Police said officers also found a second similar glass pipe and suspected Vicodin pills.

Officers also discovered numerous identification cards, Social Security cards, and checks that belonged to neither Bryant nor her passenger, according to police.

Police arrested Bryant and booked her into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance while armed, carrying a loaded firearm in public, possessing identification belonging to 10 or more people, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing unlawful drug paraphernalia.
