OAKLAND, CA — Two men shot in West Oakland early this morning are in stable condition and are expected to recover, police said.
Officers who responded to a report of a shooting in the 700 block of Willow Street at 12:09 a.m. determined that there had been an altercation and the two men had been struck by gunfire, according to police.
The men are being treated at a hospital and remain in stable condition, police said.
