6 People Shot in 2 Incidents in Downtown, West Oakland

Six people were injured in separate shootings in downtown and West Oakland Sunday night and early this morning, according to police. Three people were wounded in a shooting during a robbery at about 4 a.m. today in the 1300 block of Webster Street, police said.

The victims were taken to a hospital, where they were in stable condition today. Police are seeking one suspect in the robbery and shooting. Three victims were also injured in a shooting in the 900 block of Kirkham Street at 9:43 p.m. Sunday, police said.

The victims went to a hospital, where they were in stable condition this morning. A suspect in that shooting also remained at large this morning.
