OAKLAND, CA — A man with six felony convictions dating back to 1991 has been charged with murder for allegedly fatally shooting a man in East Oakland in November, Alameda County prosecutors said.
Robert Graham, 47, is charged in connection with the shooting death of 39-year-old Phillip Pullum of Oakland in the 3500 block of Davis Street shortly before 7 p.m. on Nov. 27.
A witness who looked at video surveillance footage of the shooting identified Graham as the shooter, Oakland police Sgt. Yun Zhou wrote in a probable cause statement.

Graham was arrested in the 6500 block of Fenham Street in East Oakland at 5:30 p.m. last Wednesday, according to Zhou.
Graham, who lists his occupation as drug counselor, was charged and arraigned on Tuesday and is scheduled to return to court on Monday to enter a plea. He's being held at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin without bail.

In addition to murder, Graham is charged with two counts of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm and one count each of carrying a loaded firearm in a city and carrying a concealed firearm on his person.
Prosecutors say four of his six prior felony convictions were drug-related, one was for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon and one, his most recent conviction in 2013, was for evading a police officer.
