Assemblymember Nancy Skinner to Hold Town Hall Wednesday

Assemblymember Nancy Skinner, whose district includes Piedmont, invites local residents to a Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Ed Roberts Campus, 3075 Adeline St., Berkeley.

The ERC is located directly above the Ashby BART Station. Free car and bike parking is available behind the building.

The meeting will include updates on new funding for schools, the University of California and veterans in the state's 2013-14 budget; California's implementation of the Affordable Care Act; and important legislation moving through the 2013 legislative session, according to an announcement from Skinner's office.
