Resonance & Renewal: Autumnal Equinox, Embodied Healing Retreat. Sun. Sept 13, 4-6 PM ☀️

☀️🌿 Skyline Sanctuary, 12540 Skyline Blvd, Oakland, CA☀️🌿

The Autumnal Equinox marks the balance point of the year — a moment of equal light and dark, of harvest, and of turning inward as the season shifts toward rest. Join us for a two-hour, trauma-informed mini retreat in the Skyline sanctuary: an afternoon of grounded yoga, somatic healing, sound, and contemplative rest.

Together we’ll move, breathe, and listen for what this season of light is asking of us now — in our bodies, our relationships, and our wider world. Whether you register ahead or simply come to the door, you are warmly welcome.

Diana Bitting Danford is a somatic practitioner, trauma researcher, and certified yoga teacher — as well as cofounder of Kūr Health (kur-health.com), a trauma-responsive holistic recovery platform. Her practice is grounded in polyvagal theory, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and the neuroscience of the mind-body connection.

Laurie Manning holds advanced degrees from Harvard (Human Development & Psychology), the University of Michigan (MBA), and Columbia/Union Theological Seminary. She has spent 25+ years accompanying people through grief, burnout, and major life transitions — as an interfaith chaplain, executive consultant, and community minister.
