Cheering Fans Can't Get Girls Soccer to the Final

The snack shack was in business and the school spirit unflappable as PHS girls soccer took on Dougherty Valley in the NCS semis.

Though the Highlanders fell 2-1 to the Wildcats, both teams played impressive ball at Witter Field Wednesday night in the semi-final round of the North Coast Section Division I tournament. Jessica Roach scored Piedmont's only goal. Piedmont goalie Kesy Platt tallied many saves.
