elebrate the season with the sweet sounds of children singing! The Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir presents two Candlelight Concerts, featuring the most advanced singers, ages 12-18, at the Unitarian Church in Kensington and as part of the Old First Concert Series in San Francisco. Audiences will be dazzled by the high artistic standards, the panache and finesse of this young artists. Works by Veljo Tormis, Václav Nelhýbel and Zoltán Kodály set the scene with the harmonies of Eastern Europe, and holiday favorite round out the evening.
This program will be repeated on Saturday, December 10, 2011, at 3pm, at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Kensington.
