The J.F. Kapnek Trust, which works to end new cases of pediatric HIV in Zimbabwe, will hold its 9th Annual Family Fun Run and 5K on Sunday April 22 at 9 a.m. at Miramonte High School, 750 Moraga Way, Orinda. In addition to the 5K there will be races to fit all ages of runners, as well as stroller pushers and walkers.
This is a great way to introduce young children to the healthy sport of running.
