Free Alameda County Small Business Tax, Enterprise Zone, & Regional Business Opportunities Seminar

The City of Oakland is offering a free small business seminar.  Experts in their fields will cover topics such as:

  • Federal, state and employment taxes for small business owners
  • The newest tax resources for small businesses
  • Local and state tax benefits and credits
  • Regional opportunities and incentive for businesses
  • Information about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
  • Healthcare Reform Act

The IRS, CA State Board of Equalization, CA Franchise Tax Board, CA Employmnet Development Department, Oakland Business Assistance Center, US Small Business Administration, Alameda County Small Business Development Center, and the Northern CA Small Buiness Financial Development Corp will all be on hand to answer questions.
