Diesel, A Bookstore in Oakland welcomes Keith Scribner to the store to discuss and sign his new novel, The Oregon Experiment, on Thursday, September 15th at 7pm. The Oregon Experiment tells the story of Naomi and Scanlon Pratt, East Coast transplants newly arrived in a small Oregon town. As they find themselves tied in with local secessionists and anarchists, they must choose sides in this brilliantly conceived (and wildly entertaining) examination of life on the edges of society.
