Making Movies at Pixar

Pete Docter will discuss how movies are conceived, developed, and produced at Pixar.  Since developing the story and characters on "Toy Story" along with with John Lasseter and Andrew Stanton, Docter went on to direct "Monsters, Inc." and "Up," for which he won an Academy Award.  Besides directing, he currently serves as a Vice President of Creative, and has been a contributing collaborator for most of the films produced at the studio.  He will show development art, animation tests, and will discuss the creative process.
