Dale Hoyt, Barney Haynes, and Mindaugis Bagdon in Person. While punk music was churning in the clubs, video artists were mangling the medium (so here punk performance collides with bratty artmaking). Works by Mindaugis Bagdon, The Residents, Richard Gaikowski, Dale Hoyt, Ivar Smedstad, and Joe Rees take us into the hardcore maelstrom.
