The annual Piedmont High School basketball tournament is set to kick off under joint sponsorship this year. The Otis Spunkmeyer corporation and Winfield Construction company are co-sponsoring the tournament which will be played on December 15, 16, and 17, 2011, at Piedmont High School, 800 Magnolia Ave., Piedmont, CA.Â

Mr. Ahmad Hamade, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Otis Spunkmeyer and Mr. Ken Winfield, President of Winfield Construction Company have been invited to attend and be introduced at half-time of the December 16, 2011, Piedmont game.
The tournament begins on Thursday, 12/15, with the following games:

Oakland Military vs. Half Moon Bay – 3:30 pm
June Jordan vs. Berean Christian – 5:00 pm
Emery vs. San Rafael – 6:30 pm
O’Connell (SF) vs. Piedmont – 8:00 pm
Games will continue on Friday beginning at 3:30 pm and on Saturday beginning at 12 noon.
Refreshments, including hot dogs and pizza, will be sold.
Admission is good for the entire day: Adults - $5.00; Seniors - $2.00; PHS students with school ID cards – free; all other students - $2.00; children under 6 are free.
