John & David perform each week from 7:00 - 9:30pm to the delight of faithful fans and first timers alike - but get there early, the best tables go fast!
John "Mr. Clarinet" Stafford & "Doctor" David Sturdevant's weekly concert features an eclectic repertoire of Jazz-infused Americana, Classic Rock n' Roll and R&B fueled New Orleans Soul. Trading lead vocals, harmonizing and lively instrumentals give their performances a vibrancy and homespun quality that is often copied by others but rarely surpassed. John commands clarinet, saxophone and flute while David keeps the groove with guitar and harmonica. Whether it's pop hits or their own take on a classic - Country, Blues or impromptu, these guys evoke cherished memories and endear fans from all over the globe. Following the success of their national tour in 2011, "Ashbury & Bourbon", and their world tour "Europa" in 2012, the guys share stories from their travels at each show with plenty of humor, wit and lasting charm.
The cafe offers a reasonably priced menu including dinner items, beer, wine, coffee drinks and deserts. Expect seating to fill up fast, arrive early.
