- Activities to help you decide what story to tell and how to tell it
- Exploration of the characters and events in your story
- How to make a true story as fun to read as fiction
- Opportunities to connect with other writers for support with your process
- Writing time
Every participant will leave with the beginning of a story on paper and a plan for finishing it.
This workshops is approprate for beginners and more experienced writers starting an autobiographical story. The focus of the workshop is on generating new writing; we will not focus on critique or revision. (If you need sustantive feedback on your writing, I'd love to help you with that through my coaching services).
