Zoo Ambassador Training

This is a training program for Oakland Zoo Ambassadors.Zoo Ambassadors are volunteers who greet visitors, teach them about Zoo animals, help at special events, and generally enhance the guests' experience.

Training consists of three modules, each covering a different section of the Oakland Zoo's animal collection. Once trainees have completed any one of the three modules, they become Zoo Ambassadors and must commit 5 hours per month.
