Piedmont real estate sales moved briskly in June.

As spring gave way to summer, Piedmont's real estate market looked summery indeed.
Thirteen homes sold last monthβeight above the asking price, by 9.15 percent on average.Β The average selling price was about $1.5 millionβright in Piedmont's sweet spot.Β
All but one property sold in less than a month, with a median of 12 days on the market. The pace was speedy compared to May, when the median was 29 days.Β
