Oakland Police Arrest Shooting Suspect
Both the victim and the suspect suffered gunshot wounds.

Police arrested a man who fired multiple gunshots this afternoon that injured another man in Oakland, an Oakland police officer said.
Police got the first call of the shooting in the 3800 block of Penniman Avenue at 3:04 p.m., Officer J. Moore said.
Moore said the victim was on his way to his vehicle when the shooter opened fire and hit the victim in his vehicle.

The victim drove himself to the hospital and is in stable condition, Moore said.
Moore said officers located the suspect, who may have shot himself.
