Police Arrest Oakland Man on Suspicion of Indecent Exposure
Police say the man allegedly exposed himself to an employee at Target.

Police arrested a 30-year-old Oakland man Wednesday in Fremont on suspicion of indecent exposure, police said. Officers responded to a Target store at 3:15 p.m. after someone reported a suspicious male at the store.
The man allegedly came up behind a female Target worker and touched her shoulder, police said. When the female turned around the man was exposing himself, according to police.
Someone advised the man to leave the store, police said. Police said they were able to identify the man and arrested him.
