Power Fully Restored To Piedmont's PG&E Customers

PIEDMONT, CA — All Piedmont residents began Friday with electricity, according to the City of Piedmont. The Public Safety Power Shutoff, or PSPS, by PG&E left some residents without power for nearly 24 hours.

The East Bay hills had Red Flag Warnings in effect until 5 p.m. Thursday. Even as the warnings expired, the threat for fire danger remains high, according to the National Weather Service.
