Speedy Spring Sales
Piedmont recorded the sales of 18 homes in April, all but four of those had been on the market for less than a month.
The real estate market in Piedmont is picking up speed. Ten of the 18 homes that sold in April found buyers after less than two weeks on the market.
Nine of the homes sold last month went for more than the list priceβnearly 14 percent more on average.
All but one of the homes that took more than two weeks to sell sold for below asking, suggesting those properties had been overpriced.

The $1 million to $1.5 million range continued to be the sweet spot, with eight homes selling at that price point.
