As of 4 a.m., the storm dropped more than a half an inch rain in San Francisco. San Francisco International Airport is reporting a half an inch of rain since the storm began.
At the Oakland Museum just under a half an inch of rain has been reported and as of 4 a.m. San Jose reported two tenths of an inch of rain. The weather service is predicting showers for tonight. Showers are more localized, Henderson said. They can change in intensity more rapidly and are of shorter duration.
