'Too Cheap' Driver Causes Traffic Jam On I-880

OAKLAND, CA — Patch loves Oakland CHP social media writers! It would be enough to tell us that several lanes of Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland are blocked because of debris. Nope, not good enough for them.

1, 2, & 3 lanes closed temporarily on I-880 NB, near 66th, because motorist was too cheap to invest in some tie-down straps. Don't be that guy.

Today's posting comes after a similarly silly missive about a kangaroo on I-580 that turned out to be a raccoon.
