Victim in East Oakland Fatal Shooting Identified
The man was shot while in the 8300 block of International Boulevard.
Oakland police today identified the person fatally shot Tuesday morning in East Oakland as 22-year-old Rey D. Flores. Flores was shot in the 8300 block of International Boulevard shortly after 12:30 a.m., according to police.
He was taken to a hospital with one gunshot wound and died a short time later. Police said on Wednesday that two armed suspects were seen running from the shooting scene.
