114 Speeding Tickets Issued By CHP On Highway 4
And then there's the HOV and DUI crackdown.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — California Highway Patrol officers made 141 stops and issued 114 citations for speeding during a traffic enforcement operation Friday on State Route 4 in Contra Costa County.
The enforcement operation, consisting of 11 officers, lasted from 8 a.m. until midnight. In addition to the speeding citations, officers made two arrests on suspicion of driving under the influence and issued 11 citations for high-occupancy vehicle lane (HOV) violations.
