3 Residential Burglaries In Hercules
In 2 cases, the back slider was broken to get into the homes.

HERCULES, CA — The Hercules Police Department reports 3 residential burglaries over a 5 day period. No arrests have been made in any of the cases.
July 6
Police responded to a residential burglary alarm. They found that burglars has broken into the home through a slider on the back of the home. The bedrooms were ransacked and a gun was missing. A few days later, the resident told police that he had found the gun inside a boot in the garage. There was also evidence that the gun had been fired.

July 6
Police responded to a residential burglary in the 200 block of Obsidian Way. Like the other burglary, the rear slider was shattered. Also like the other burglary, all of the bedrooms were ransacked. The resident didn't know immediately if anything had been taken.

July 10
Police responded to the 1000 block of Cottage Lane when the resident called police. The front door of the home had been forced open between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. Cash was taken from a dresser drawer in the bedroom.
