β’ City Breaks Ground on Road Rehabilitation - (pinole.gov) β Pinole is starting a major pavement rehabilitation project on Shea Drive, with work stretching from Pinole Valley Road to Sarah Drive and full repaving expected by October. The city will then move on to Pinole Valley Road and Marlesta Road, plus crack sealing on 15 more miles of streets. Funded by gas tax, Measure J, and grants, the work aims to improve safety and extend road life before winter rains.
