Attempted Burglary Suspects Caught On Camera, Hercules Police Say
Police report that suspects tried to burglarize two houses in Hercules on Monday while the residents were home.

HERCULES, CA — Hercules Police report that two men tried to burglarize occupied homes on Monday, and they have released a photo of the vehicle used by the suspects. The first burglary attempt was reported in the 200 block of Obsedian Way.
Police say that they were scared away by the homeowner. The suspects were described as men in their 20s. One suspect was wearing a multi-colored shirt and was believed to have short hair.
A short time later, two men kicked in the front door of a home in the 1100 block of South Shelter Bay. The suspects fled when they realized that someone was home. Police released a photo of the car the men used to get away.
