BB Gun Found At Hercules High School: Police
The gun was found in a student's backpack on Tuesday, police report.

HERCULES, CA — A student has been suspended after a BB gun was allegedly found in his backpack at Hercules High School, according to police.
A school resource officer responded to a report involving a disruptive student in a classroom at 1900 Refugio Valley Road around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The student, identified only as a 15-year-old boy, was sent home but police said he left his bag behind and the officer said the BB gun was found inside it.

The boy has been suspended, and there may still be additional consequences, according to police.
