Bicyclist Crashes Into Stopped Vehicle In Hercules

The vehicle stopped at a yield sign at a roundabout when the bicycle crashed into it.

HERCULES, CA —A bicyclist collided with a vehicle in Hercules on Sunday morning but was not seriously injured, according to police.

Officers responded at 8:59 a.m. to a report of a collision involving a bicyclist and vehicle at Refugio Valley Road and Falcon Way.

Police said the driver stopped at the yield sign in the roundabout intersection, and the female bicyclist then struck the passenger side of his vehicle.

The bicyclist was treated by firefighters and was released at the scene. No other information about the collision was immediately available.
