We are an experienced, boutique, full-service, family-owned property management and real estate firm. We enjoy being a part of the community in Hercules and would like to work with local families to provide a fresh perspective, addressing what our clients really need. We are not a big-box firm trying to acquire as many clients as possible, fitting them into pre-designed criteria that are not the right fit. We provide a malleable solution, so clients can be 100% hands-off or not, so they can have their assets managed by someone they trust implicitly and have contact with regularly. We use Quickbooks to make the accounting function seamless, not proprietary software with unnecessary reports. Our fees are transparent and negotiable (Property Management: 7.5% - 10% of rents owed; Project Management: $50 - $75 per hour for property-related projects). Members of CAR, NAR, SDAR, PFAC. We use CAR Forms for all contracts. I’m reaching out to share an exciting new resource for families in the bay area. My name is Claire Wong and I’m a licensed postpartum nurse who recently launched a concierge postpartum care service to support new mothers during the critical, often under-supported, fourth trimester. My business is focused on in-home visits and personalized care for moms after childbirth—helping them recover physically and emotionally, feel confident in newborn care, and ease into motherhood with less stress and more support. With postpartum mental health and maternal care gaining attention nationwide, I believe this service fills a much-needed gap in our local community. I’d love to offer more insight into what I do, share a client story, or participate in an interview or feature.
