"Bye Bye Birdie" Waiting in the Wings

The latest theatrical performance at the is the musical "Bye Bye Birdie" and it will run for only four performances on the last weekend in July.

The show is choreographed by Anjee Norgaard and vocal direction by Leah Wilson.

Set in 1958, "Bye Bye, Birdie" is centered around "Conrad Birdie" and follows closely the impression Elvis Presley and his draft notice into the Army had on not only young swooning girls, but on American pop culture. 

It is a production of the City of Pinole School of Performing Arts Summer Theatre Workshop.

Performances dates and times are set:

July 27 at 8 p.m.

July 28 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.

July 29 at 2 p.m.
