Fundraiser Will Highlight Chocolate, Silent Auction, High School Arts
A church-sponored event on June 30 will raise money for Pinole Valley High School Conservatory of the Arts.
The Second Annual Chocolate Extravaganza at on June 30 will raise funds for the Pinole Valley High School Conservatory of the Arts.
The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Christ the Lord Church, 592 Tennent Avenue. Guests are welcome to sample a huge variety of delicious chocolate items, fresh fruit for dipping in a flowing chocolate fountain and participate in a silent auction. Entertainment provided by PVHS Conservatory of the Arts.

Last year the Extravaganza raised about $1,200.
Christ the Lord Episcopal Church is a progressive congregation that emphasizes the Anglican Communion principles of "scripture, tradition and reason." It offers outreach to the homeless, the elderly, and young children and their mothers. The church is part of the Episcopal Church of the United States.
