Meeting ID: 859 0711 3856
Passcode: 167597

or by telephone at +1 669 900 6833 US (San Jose).

Alternatively, you can mail (Attn: Mike Roberts) or email (mikeroberts@ci.hercules.ca.us) your written comments to me, which must be received no later than 4:00 pm the evening of the meeting so they can be distributed to the Subcommittee members at the meeting.

The traffic calming area is along Village Parkway and Hercules Avenue, as illustrated on the back of this letter. The goal of traffic calming is to slow traffic down, increase safety, encourage more walking and bicycling, and create an environment that enhances the quality of street users and adjacent residents.

We would like to hear about what you’ve experienced – the good, the bad, and everything in between - on Village Parkway and Hercules Avenue. This feedback is essential for street improvements to be made that enhance the quality of your life.

We hope to see you at the meeting!

Best,
Mike
