City Manager's Report: Budget, July Concerts, Mosquitoes, Solar Panels

City Manager Belinda Espinosa's weekly report includes information about a July 11 presentation about the 2012-13 city budget and the arrival of the Summer Sounds concert series at Fernandez Park in July.

The concerts will be followed by Outdoor Cinema in August and the report contains corrections for the schedule that was published in the Summer Activity Guide.

Espinosa also reports on information about mosquitoes and West Nile Virus as well as an update on plans to install solar panels at the Pinole Senior Center, Pinole Youth Center and City Hall.
