Join the Recreation Department as we host our Community Costume Raffle! Dress up in your Halloween costume and send us a photo. All photos received will be entered in the raffle, winners will receive a gift card to a local Pinole business. The deadline to enter is Oct 17th by 6 PM. Winners will be announced on October 20th.
