Reporting Concerns to Public Works

For any member of the community or concerned citizen that has a concern or question about something that has been seen anywhere in the City, please contact the Public Works Department by email at publicworks@ci.pinole.ca.us or through the main Public Works telephone number at (510) 724-9010.

The Public Works Department appreciates the engagement of the community in helping identify areas of concern so that those concerns can be addressed at the earliest opportunity.

For concerns relating to private property, citizens can submit a complaint with Code Enforcement one of several ways:

1. Email code enforcement directly at codeenf@ci.pinole.ca.us
2. Call code enforcement at 510-724-CODE (2633).
3. Come to city hall in person to file a complaint.
4. Submit a complaint on the city website at https://www.ci.pinole.ca.us/city_government /code_enforcement.
